Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label to print and attach to your parcel.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 14 days for the transaction to reflect.
